Less cumbersome they are a versatile size and are a perfect cost-effective way to have the linen you love when you want it for the studio, workshop or field trip. Claessens No. 15 Oil Primed Linen is a beautifully responsive, subtle medium surface that has a dense prime ensuring your paint marks sit up and respond the way you want.
Claessens No.15 Oil Primed Linen is a medium textured 445gsm linen which is clear acrylic sized and then double primed with Zinc White pigment bound with linseed oil. It has 17 warp threads and 14.5 weft threads per cm. This linen is perfect for many styles of painting from detail to expressive.
IMPORTANT: THIS LINEN IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR OIL PAINTING.
