Our grass-fed, 100% pasture-raised Beef Oxtail is a very popular delicacy which comes from the tail of the cow.  It is cut into sections with each section having some marrow in the centre and a bony portion surrounding it.  There will be some variance in the size of the pieces.  Our oxtail has an intense beefy flavour and makes an amazing base for stews and soups.  After you cook it, the meat is incredibly tender and succulent.  You will be surprised by the freshness and flavour.  It is very low histamine due to being flash frozen on production.
