Because the Traulsen G12011 single-section reach-in freezer is made completely of metal, it is durable and corrosion resistant. While the interior and exterior sides are made of anodized aluminum, its exterior front is made of stainless steel. In the cabinet, three shelves, which are epoxy coated for corrosion resistance, hold products. A Load-Sure Guard in the cabinet prevents users from storing items too close to the wall and inhibiting airflow. The refrigeration system in this Traulsen G12011 one-section reach-in freezer is top mounted, eliminating contact with dirt and debris on the floor, even though it can be more difficult to access than bottom-mounted components. For cleaning, the condenser coil is accessible from the front, and the evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize cabinet storage space. To suit different operations, the unit's temperature stays at a set level between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. It doesn't slide around or come off or slide to the bottom of the sink. It just stays put which is so unique for anything with suction cups. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is quite small. I wish it were a few inches longer so i could easily fit two rags or sponges in the holder. But i have to jam them in and its not pretty. So for the price, i think it should have been bigger. Still a good product because of the functionality of the suction cups.

When I first received it and placed it on, it continued to fall so I almost returned it. However, I found a method online that worked and it has not fallen since even after all the water and soap getting near it. I’ve placed it on a stainless steel sink so not sure if the method works on other surfaces. Clean the area with soap and water and then make sure there’s no soap residue. Make the water temperature hot and “heat up” both the steel surface and the suction. While it’s still wet, firmly place the suction and make sure it doesn’t move. That should do the trick!
