Built entirely from #304 stainless steel, the Resort features Summerset's signature Flame Thrower ignition system that requires no batteries or electricity, plus a backup manual flash tube for reliable lighting every time. The 18-gauge double-lined hood retains heat efficiently while preventing exterior discoloration, and 14-gauge stainless steel flame tamers eliminate flare-ups for consistent, even cooking.
