Quality: 100% synthetic white polyester felt.
Width: 72 inches (1.82 m).
Densities: Hard - 3/16" (5mm) thick at 50oz/sq yd), 1/4" (6mm) thick at 67oz/sq yd.
Maximum Temperature: 325℉.
Advantages: High vibration absorption; high resistance to wear and abrasion; high resistance to heat; high resistance to mildew, bleaches, and aging.
Recommended Uses: In manufacturing of products such as dust shields, wipers, grease retainer washers, wicks, vibration absorption, and polishing.

Solid and strong

It's strong enough to hold it's shape. I attached it with 2 screws, and was able to put 2 power strips inside.
It's a bit annoying to have the big "StarTech.COM" logo on the front, so I mounted it backwards, facing the wall. The whole point of a black tray is to hide things and blend in, not advertise for "StarTech"! So minus 1 star for that.
