The 2016 Jean-Baptiste Souillard Roussanne is a white wine with an expressive nose, offering floral and fruity aromas, including violets, fraise tagada, and old wood. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with a mineral and salty character, a hint of noble bitterness, and a herbaceous note. The wine is aged for 12 months in older oak barrels, resulting in a refreshing and well-balanced taste experience, reminiscent of Alto Adige wines.
