Pretty Big Capsules, be aware

They're very big capsules. If you have trouble swallowing they are not for you. Gummies are probably better suited for you. I give these the rating of 3 stars due to the capsule size and the recommended dosage of 3 per day.

Don’t forget your fruits and veggies

I didn’t have any side effects other than I did not feel guilty for not eating all the vegetables and fruit fruits that I should be consuming. I don’t know if it was my mind since I really just started them a week or so ago, but for me, I felt more energy. I even bought the children’s.

Chews Work Better Than Powder

My husband researched the difference in quality & effectiveness between Metamucil gummies and powder. He had fought the order of his gastroenterologist to add fiber to his diet, knowing that the powder form can be hard to dissolve.
