TR60 Front 6-Piston Big Brake Kit

The TTSPORT Circuit Racing TR60 is a front-axle, 6-piston monoblock big brake kit engineered for circuit work — repeatable stops lap after lap, a wide pad operating window, and a serviceable platform built around a forged aluminum caliper and two-piece floating rotors.

Why Builders Choose the TR60

The TR60 is a Racing Series — Circuit caliper aimed at lapping cars, time-attack builds, endurance programs, and heavy track-day use. Six staggered pistons, 27 / 32 / 38 mm, deliver even pad loading across the full pad face, reducing taper wear and keeping bite consistent as pad temperature climbs. Monoblock forged construction resists caliper flex under high line pressure, so pedal feel stays firm deep into a stint.

Built for the Track

Engineered for circuit work, time-attack builds, endurance programs, drift, rally, and heavy track-day use.

6-Piston Monoblock Caliper

Monoblock forged aluminum body with 50.10 cm² total piston area per caliper for stiff, even clamp under high line pressure.

Staggered Piston Layout

27 mm × 2 / 32 mm × 2 / 38 mm × 2 pistons support even pad pressure and consistent bite as pad temperature climbs.

Two-Piece Rotor Platform

Ø355 or Ø380 mm × 32 mm two-piece rotors, internally vented, with fixed or floating mounting depending on rotor size and vehicle application.

Standard or Option B Pad Window

Standard 0–600 °C pads for HPDE and sprint use, or Option B 0–750 °C pads for endurance, time attack, long stints, heavy cars, and aero builds.

Track-Service Platform

Racing pistons without dust boots, serviceable seals, replaceable friction rings, and stainless braided lines support long-term track use.

The Bespoke Engineering Process

Every TR60 front circuit racing system is engineered around the vehicle’s front knuckle, hub location, rotor hat offset, wheel barrel, spoke clearance, brake line routing, front brake bias target, rear brake pairing, and intended motorsport use. The goal is not a generic universal fit; the goal is a front brake package that works with your chassis geometry and delivers repeatable pedal behavior lap after lap.

1. Technical Consultation

We review the chassis, front suspension and knuckle setup, motorsport use, target front brake behavior, wheel package, tire compound, rear brake pairing, downforce package, and whether the car uses OEM or custom front uprights.

2. Data Submission

For OEM knuckles, provide vehicle information, wheel specs, and intended use, including sprint, endurance, drift, or rally. For custom uprights, motorsport hub conversions, or non-OE rotor offsets, provide CAD files, technical drawings, hub-face data, rotor mounting dimensions, or accurate bracket mounting-point measurements.

3. Engineering Review & Approval

TTSPORT confirms rotor diameter, vehicle-specific caliper bracket geometry, rotor hat offset, brake line fittings, pad compound, and bedding requirements before production begins.

If you are unsure whether your wheel, front knuckle, rotor offset, rear brake pairing, or brake line routing is suitable, Contact us before ordering so the engineering team can review the build details.

Installation & Break-In

  • Brackets, rotor offset, and line fittings are matched to your chassis.
  • Send your vehicle, wheel spec, and intended use, including sprint, endurance, drift, or rally, before production.
  • Choose Ø355 mm for lighter or smaller-wheel platforms where clearance matters.
  • Choose Ø380 mm for heavier or faster cars that need more thermal mass and leverage.
  • Standard 0–600 °C pads suit HPDE and short sprint sessions.
  • Option B 0–750 °C pads suit endurance, time attack, and aero cars where pad temperatures stay high for long stretches.
  • Racing pistons without dust boots are intended for motorsport and track use, with regular inspection between sessions.
  • A proper bedding-in procedure is required to transfer pad material evenly to the rotor face and unlock full friction performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of car is the TR60 designed for?

It's a front-axle racing big brake kit aimed at circuit, time-attack, endurance, and heavy track-day cars running 18-inch or larger wheels. Final fitment depends on your specific chassis and wheel offset.

Which pad compound should I choose?

The standard 0–600 °C pad with μ ≈ 0.38 suits HPDE and short sprint sessions. The Option B 0–750 °C race pad with μ ≈ 0.45 is better for endurance, time attack, and aero cars where pad temperatures stay high for long stretches.

Should I run 355 mm or 380 mm rotors?

380 mm gives more thermal mass and leverage for heavier or faster cars; 355 mm fits more wheel options and lighter platforms. The engineering team will recommend a size based on vehicle weight, power, tire, and event type.

Is this kit street legal?

The TR60 uses racing pistons without dust boots and track-focused pad compounds. It is built for motorsport and track use. We do not market it as a street kit.

Do I need to bed the pads in?

Yes. A proper bedding-in procedure is required to transfer pad material evenly to the rotor face and unlock full friction performance. Skipping bed-in causes judder and inconsistent bite.

Can I rebuild the calipers and replace just the rotor rings?

Yes. The TR60 uses serviceable seals and a two-piece rotor design, so friction rings can be replaced without changing the alloy hats — ideal for endurance programs and long-term track use.

Perfect for Aggressive Chewers
Color: Blue-Green-Orange
I've been looking for toys my German Shepherd puppies can't tear apart or chew into little bits within minutes. These are tough enough to stand up to them and have the added benefit of helping their teeth with the little surface nubs. This is the second set I've purchased - not because the puppies destroyed them, but because they needed a set for inside as well as outside. I HIGHLY recommend these toys if your dog is a destruction machine!!

Durable, sensory texture
Color: Blue-Green-Orange
These are fantastic. They are durable and high quality. My dog loves the sensory texture and they satisfy his aggressive chewing. I've bought other high-end, popular brands and he chewed through it in less than two hours. I would definitely buy these again (if I even had to)!

Best purchase
Color: Blue-Green-Orange
These are by far one of the best toys for my aggressive chewer. My pitbull mix loves the football & ball, gave the other toy to my niece's dog. Bought them in Nov/Dec and they have held up great, still look new. I was upset when I saw they are no longer available. I would have purchased more to have some for specific outdoor use.
