| Description | Rprotein A/G magnetic IP / CO IP kit is a kit that can efficiently complete immunoprecipitation (IP) and co immunoprecipitation (co IP) experiments. It contains high-performance rprotein A/G magpoly beads, which can realize fast and convenient magnetic separation. In addition, the optimized buffer in the kit provided good reaction conditions for the immunoprecipitation experiment and enhanced the stability of the immunoprecipitation experiment. The ligand of polymer magnetic beads is recombinant protein a/g (about 14 kDa), which has IgG binding domains of both protein A and protein G, and has a broader binding range of antibody subtypes. The elution methods of the kit are diverse. The immune complexes can be eluted from protein a/g magnetic beads with low pH eluent, or the immune complexes can be eluted under denaturing conditions with electrophoresis loading buffer for direct subsequent detection and analysis this product can be widely used in the immunoprecipitation reaction of antigens in cell lysates, cell secretion supernatants, serum, ascites and other samples product components:

| General Notes | (1) Please read this manual carefully before performing immunoprecipitation operations (2) Unless otherwise specified, all operations are recommended on 4° Proceed under C (3) On the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect, if 1xLysis/Wash Buffer (Enhanced) is used for cleaning, it will cause a decrease in the binding effect between antibodies and media, or between antigens and antibodies. It is recommended to use 1xLysis/Wash Buffer for cleaning (4) Magnetic beads should be stored in a storage solution to prevent dryness. Please mix thoroughly before use (5) If elution is required under reducing conditions, add 1× Add DTT (final concentration 10-20 mM) to the electrophoresis loading buffer |

Nice display shelves

These shelves are really easy to install unless you just don’t have any kind of skill at all with putting it where you want it and making sure it’s level and marking you anchor points. Shelves themselves look good and are really sturdy for small display items. Not much work at all to put together.

Not squared shelves

I thought these shelves would be squared but they are actually rounded at the corner making them a but awkward to hang especially if your walls aren't perfectly squared. They look pretty once hung but they are quite hard to hang if you go by the instructions. I would not buy these again.

Gets the job done, not sure for how long
Color: Rustic Wood
These were hard to assemble due to the screw needing to go behind a metal bar, meaning all of my shelves are wobbly and one is starting the cave in the corner some. Overall not too bad for the price (got it on sale, wouldn’t recommend paying full price. Also didn’t realize the wood was unfinished so it’s splintery (be careful, I got several splinters when assembling and putting up).
